Permane un divario che richiede ulteriori interventi e un impegno costante per essere progressivamente ridotto.<br \/>\nInoltre, il contesto economico internazionale resta incerto: le tensioni geopolitiche e i conflitti in atto potrebbero determinare nuove pressioni inflattive, con il rischio concreto di una ulteriore erosione dei salari reali.
