Il confronto ha evidenziato alcuni passi avanti, ma anche criticit\u00e0 e risposte ancora insufficienti rispetto alle esigenze del personale universitario. Come FGU GILDA \u2013 Dipartimento Universit\u00e0, riconosciamo gli avanzamenti raggiunti, ma riteniamo che il risultato sia ancora lontano dal rispondere pienamente alle aspettative del personale universitario.
